About Steve Volk
I’ve been working as a city reporter since 1997, covering every facet of city life—particularly crime, cops, courts, politics and education—for alt. weeklies in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, culminating in an ongoing relationship with Philadelphia Magazine, one of the last city magazines in America focused on doing real journalism.
